After five completed toolkit checks, we ask for an email address to continue using the tools for free. No account, password, payment or email verification code is required. This is an unverified contact address, not proof of identity.

What is saved

Steel Impex India stores the submitted email, submission dates, the purpose of free toolkit access, this notice version and any separate newsletter opt-in. Contact records are stored in the website's private server storage. If you choose newsletter emails, that choice may also be saved in our newsletter database. We do not send a marketing email merely because you enter an address.

Newsletter emails are optional

The material-updates and offers checkbox is separate and starts unchecked. You can continue without selecting it. If you opt in, you can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact sanjay@steelimp.com. Leaving an optional box unchecked on a later submission does not itself withdraw an earlier subscription; use the unsubscribe route to withdraw.

Remembering this browser

A first-party browser-storage preference and an opaque access cookie remember your completed submission. The cookie contains no email address. We do not fingerprint the PC or use its IP address to remember free access. Other browsers, private browsing, clearing site data, cookie restrictions or another device can cause the prompt to appear again. The reminder is a convenience, not an authenticated account or a security paywall.

Other toolkit data

Requirement lists, preferences and previously opened reference copies are stored in your browser. Clearing site data may remove them. Enquiry buttons open an email or WhatsApp draft for your review. This web toolkit does not upload documents to an AI service and has no account or AI checker.

The existing website may use analytics and request-security controls. IP-derived rate limits can be used to limit abuse; they are not the identity used for this free-access reminder. Website server/provider logs are separate from browser preferences.
